In the practice of Nature Therapy, we immerse ourselves in the beauty and rhythms of the natural world.  

We slow down to catch the feel of the breeze on our skin, the gurgling of a stream, the calls of the birds, the magnificence of the trees.

As we allow the rhythms of nature to settle deep inside of us, they support our body’s natural capacity for wellness and healing.  

Nature Therapy is a research-based practice.  It has been demonstrated to provide an array of health benefits related to cardiovascular and immune function and cognition. 

I am certified as a Nature Therapy guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. This work has been quite healing for me and I look forward to sharing it with you.
